在2025年中國國際工業(yè)博覽會(huì)(CIIF 2025)上,德國海外商會(huì)聯(lián)盟·大中華區(qū)(AHK Greater China)副總裁 Jonathan Schoo先生與威圖亞洲區(qū)首席運(yùn)營官及威圖中國代理總經(jīng)理Michael Galler先生展開對(duì)話,Michael Galler先生表示,中國不僅是威圖全球最大的單一市場(chǎng)之一,更是推動(dòng)集團(tuán)創(chuàng)新與增長的核心驅(qū)動(dòng)力。借助擴(kuò)產(chǎn)和本地化等新舉措,威圖正以“中國經(jīng)驗(yàn)”反哺亞太,開啟發(fā)展新篇章。


At the China International Industry Fair (CIIF 2025), Jonathan Schoo, Vice President of AHK Greater China, talked with Michael Galler, COO Asia of Rittal and acting Managing Director of Rittal China, who shared that China is not only one of Rittal’s largest single markets worldwide, but also a core engine for innovation and growth. Through expansion and localization, Rittal is leveraging its experience in China to drive development across the Asia-Pacific region.

02市場(chǎng)角色及定位:中國作為核心引擎

Positioning: China as a Core Engine


Galler先生表示,2025年對(duì)于威圖中國是擴(kuò)產(chǎn)與本地化的關(guān)鍵之年。隨著上海新工廠的正式投產(chǎn),公司實(shí)現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)能快速爬坡和交付效率的大幅提升。他指出:“威圖秉承全球化思維與本地化行動(dòng)的理念,在嚴(yán)格遵循全球標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的前提下,為中國和亞太客戶提供更契合本地需求的解決方案。” 與德國市場(chǎng)情況恰好相反,中國市場(chǎng)的大部分業(yè)務(wù)來自定制化產(chǎn)品,這表明中國市場(chǎng)對(duì)定制化解決方案的需求更為顯著。這種市場(chǎng)特征進(jìn)一步凸顯了中國在推動(dòng)威圖創(chuàng)新和差異化解決方案方面的戰(zhàn)略地位。


According to Mr. Galler, 2025 marks a milestone year for Rittal China with major progress in expansion and localization. The extension of the existing plant in Shanghai enabled a rapid capacity ramp-up and significant improvements in delivery efficiency. “With our principle of global thinking and local action, we ensure compliance with global standards while delivering solutions tailored to the needs of customers in China and the broader Asia-Pacific region,” he stated. Compared to Germany, the market situation in China is reversed: the majority of Rittal’s business consists of tailored products, which concludes the Chinese market expects more customization. This distinctive market characteristic underscores China’s role as a strategic driver of innovation and differentiated solutions for Rittal.

在復(fù)雜的全球市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下,威圖中國通過本地供應(yīng)鏈強(qiáng)化、成本結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化及跨部門高效協(xié)同,保持了穩(wěn)健發(fā)展。Galler先生介紹,公司正深化與姊妹公司易盼的戰(zhàn)略合作,打造覆蓋設(shè)計(jì)、采購、生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)營的全生命周期數(shù)字化解決方案,以端到端服務(wù)賦能客戶數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型。與此同時(shí),噴涂產(chǎn)線擴(kuò)建及工廠升級(jí)等精益化實(shí)踐,顯著提升運(yùn)營敏捷性與客戶響應(yīng)效率。


Amid global uncertainties, Rittal China reinforced its market resilience through localized supply chain enhancements, streamlined cost structures, and strengthened cross-functional collaboration. Mr. Galler highlighted that Rittal, together with Eplan, continues to drive digital customer services with end-to-end value chain solutions spanning electric engineering, supply, manufacturing, and operations. At the same time, the expansion of the painting line and factory upgrades, along with other lean practices, have significantly enhanced operational agility and customer response efficiency.

Galler 先生強(qiáng)調(diào):


創(chuàng)新是威圖保持行業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和應(yīng)對(duì)客戶復(fù)雜需求的核心動(dòng)力,也是 ‘新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力’ 的有利體現(xiàn)。


他提出,威圖的VX25機(jī)柜系統(tǒng)源自全球客戶洞察,進(jìn)行了多達(dá)150項(xiàng)升級(jí),尤其在模塊化設(shè)計(jì)、裝配效率和數(shù)字化集成方面樹立了全新行業(yè)標(biāo)桿,目前在新能源與數(shù)據(jù)中心等行業(yè)得到廣泛應(yīng)用。


此外,VX IT全新一代產(chǎn)品集兼容性、美學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)與高效設(shè)置于一體,具備強(qiáng)大的承載能力和高性能散熱方案,能更好地服務(wù)于金融和IDC行業(yè)的需求。


與此同時(shí),威圖還全新推出了全新一代RiLineX配電平臺(tái), 以“簡(jiǎn)”和“安”為核心理念,為客戶提供更開放、更安全的配電系統(tǒng)。

Mr. Galler emphasized. He highlighted that the VX25, Rittal’s new generation enclosure system and developed from global customer insights, incorporates more than 150 improvements in modular design, installation efficiency, and digital integration that redefine industry benchmarks, driving adoption across the new energy and data center sectors.  


Furthermore, the new generation of IT enclosure VX IT combines compatibility, aesthetic design and efficient configuration such as robust load capacity and high-performance cooling to better support the finance and IDC industries. 

Additionally, Rittal has announced the RiLineX platform, prioritizing the core concepts of “simplicity” and “safety”, it provides more open and secure power distribution systems for customers.

05綠色轉(zhuǎn)型與可持續(xù)發(fā)展

為踐行ESG戰(zhàn)略,威圖于2025年啟動(dòng)電動(dòng)集卡運(yùn)輸項(xiàng)目,開通太倉、外高橋、洋山港三條綠色出口運(yùn)輸線路,預(yù)計(jì)全年可實(shí)現(xiàn)減排68公噸CO?,相當(dāng)于種植712棵樹木,為綠色物流樹立了新典范。


除了自身,威圖也通過低碳化產(chǎn)品與解決方案助力客戶綠色發(fā)展,尤其是威圖Blue e+系列制冷產(chǎn)品,其獨(dú)特的混合制冷技術(shù),可比傳統(tǒng)方案節(jié)能高達(dá) 75%,已經(jīng)在多個(gè)行業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用,幫助客戶顯著降低能耗和碳排放。值得一提的是,2025年,威圖中國參與EcoVadis企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)估并獲銅獎(jiǎng),這一成就彰顯了威圖在環(huán)保、員工權(quán)益、商業(yè)程序和供應(yīng)鏈治理方面的長期堅(jiān)守。


To implement its ESG strategy, Rittal launched an electric container truck transport project in 2025, establishing three green export transport routes connecting Taicang, Waigaoqiao and Yangshan Port. This initiative is projected to achieve annual CO? emissions reductions of 68 metric tons – equivalent to planting 712 trees – thereby setting a new benchmark for sustainable logistics. 

Beyond its own operations, Rittal also supports customers' green development through low-carbon products and solutions. Notably, the Blue e+ series cooling products of Rittal, featuring unique hybrid cooling technology, achieve energy savings of up to 75% compared to conventional solutions. Widely deployed across multiple industries, they help customers significantly reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. It is worth mentioning that in 2025, Rittal China was awarded a bronze rating in its inaugural Eco Vadis corporate social responsibility assessment. This achievement underscores the company's longstanding commitment to environmental protection, employee rights, business practices, and supply chain governance.

Looking ahead, Rittal is preparing itself for the AI era, with strategic initiatives already in place and ready to accelerate.  Rittal will deepen its collaboration with Eplan, ensuring that data remains consistent throughout the entire process from design to operation. This will enable customers to efficiently complete their digital transformation.


Mr. Michael Galler outlined three strategic priorities for Rittal China’s future: technological intelligence (AI-driven), talent ecosystem development, and sustainable business growth. Consequently, Rittal is advancing structured initiatives to attract talent, leveraging both local and global resources to build a diverse and highly collaborative team culture, further enhancing organizational resilience and competitiveness to continuously drive growth in the Asia-Pacific region.
